Your unit's private network name (e.g. "Casa Valerio [unit]") and password are sent in your check-in email/SMS before arrival. A shared guest network, "Casa Valerio Guest" is available across the property. Password provided in your check-in materials rather than published here.
On-street only. No dedicated lot; do not park in the alley or in unmarked spots behind the building. Watch posted street-sweeping signs.
The only property with an explicit note: watch for posted street-sweeping day signs, since parking is on-street only.
2 pets max per unit, $75 per pet, paid in advance, and no pets at unit 8 (noise transfer to the units below). $250 fine for a pet brought without approval.
In-unit washer and dryer at unit 8. Units 6A to 6D have no in-unit laundry.
Samsung split heating/AC unit, wall-mounted remote.
10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Units share walls with neighboring units and the unit above; extra noise diligence is requested.
Units 6A to 6D sleep 2. Unit 8 sleeps 6.
Unit 8 has a Pack 'n Play with a toddler travel mattress and organic sheets, and a high chair. Units 6A to 6D do not list either; ask the hospitality team if you need one there.
Igloohome smart lock. Code and instructions arrive by SMS on check-in day at 9:00 AM. Text "unlock" or use the keypad code. Do not unplug the small black box in the unit. It powers the lock.
No on-site lobby; no dedicated luggage storage.
Same general beach description as Casa Castillo, plus a property-specific note: State Street is one door down from this property. The closest of any ZenStay Santa Barbara property.
None. The units are reached by stairs; unit 6C has its own street entrance.
No BBQ. Electric fireplace in units 6C and 8.
Sony smart TVs, streaming apps only, personal login/subscription required, cast from your device over the unit's private Wi-Fi. Do not unplug the TV's Cat5 cable.

Good to know here
- A bistro table outside each unit is for that unit's exclusive use; a courtyard fountain runs 8 AM–8 PM and is off overnight.
- Trash bins are at the back-right of the property; if trash day falls Wednesday–Friday, bins may already be at the curb.
- Damages advisory: documented damage is charged at full replacement cost.
