The space

Immaculately renovated modern second-floor apartment with beautiful architectural touches throughout, one door down from State Street. The primary bedroom has a king bed and French doors leading out to a private balcony with seating. The kitchen has all stainless appliances with direct access to the balcony which wraps around the open-concept living and dining room. There are single steps throughout the apartment, marked with caution tape. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a single daybed with a trundle with access to the wraparound balcony. Both bathrooms have glass walk-in rain showers and large vanities. Includes a flat-screen smart TV with streaming and casting features. Enjoy the Samsung split cooling and heating system and electric fireplace for ultimate comfort. Complete with an in-unit washer and dryer. Many curated details and thoughtful touches complete this uniquely appointed stay in Santa Barbara.

NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is above 4 units, please be aware of this when booking as noise transfers downstairs. We ask for extra diligence in this unit to be respectful of noise levels at all hours to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Noise can also be heard from downstairs units.

We have a strict 'No Party' policy or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.

NO PETS ALLOWED: While other units in this complex are pet-friendly, this unit does not allow pets. *Pets brought on-site are subject to a $250 fine.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional cleaning of the house and outdoor space. As part of The Living Wage Pledge, we are committed to paying our cleaners fairly. A living wage is a minimum income necessary for someone to meet their basic needs and participate in their community.

This complex does not have live TV service. All TVs are equipped with apps (Netflix, Hulu, Youtube TV and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. Unit has fast wifi.

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!
