This place was perfect for our 3 night stay in Santa Barbara. It has a cozy feel, with everything you need inside. It was only about an 8 minute walk to the State St. shops. Plenty of restaurants and things to do around the area.

This was an awesome place to stay. Place was clean and came fully stocked with coffee, teas, and waters. The place was located on the upper part of state street, just a 5 minute drive from downtown or a 20 minute walk or so to all of the restaurants and shops downtown. Check in and check out instructions were super clear and helpful. Ran into a couple of people from the cleaning service to inquire about giving us more water and coffee to which they were happy to give us extra. Overall was a great stay and a perfect place to lay your head for the night.

It was pretty clean and in a great area! But definitely a bare minimum airbnb. There was a cutting board, but no knifes which was a little weird. And when we checked-in there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. I wouldn't really say it's worth the cost, but it's definitely in the perfect spot to be able to walk to all the popular SB spots.

I had a lovely 2-night stay here on a recent solo trip to Santa Barbara. The bed is HUGE and comfy - I especially loved the super soft throw that I found in the closet. I also really loved the shower floor - the river stones felt like a foot massage! The kitchen is very basic, so I wouldn't recommend if you want to cook or eat in at all. But if you're just bringing home leftovers from enjoying the city's many wonderful restaurants like me, it worked perfectly! Management was extremely repsonsive and helpful. Wifi wasn't working the first night but they responded ASAP and fixed it as quickly as they could. Folks in the upstairs unit were being a bit loud and management reached out to them immediately and asked them to quiet down, which they did and which I very much appreciated! I wish there were an arm chair or somewhere to sit other than the bed, but aside from that I loved the place and would absolutely recommend.

Perfect space for a solo traveler! Large bed, beautiful huge shower and functioning small kitchen area perfect for microwaving leftovers and making coffee. Coffee pods were great! Though open to the street, there was a cafe table and chairs with a beautiful fountain for outdoor breakfast just outside the front for. On my visit, the room was wonderfully quiet. Keyless security was awesome and Uber always found me with no problem. Only caution I have for this studio is the large step (maybe 6 inches) between the bedroom and rest of apartment. It could use better reflective tape as I missed the step in the middle of the night and stumbled. I left the bathroom light on at night for the rest of my stay. But I would highly recommend this charming apartment that manages to offer everything you need in a cozy, modern space. Close to everything!

This is a room with a bathroom and it is so tiny that you barely have room to get around the bed to use the restroom at night. It was difficult for two people to stay comfortably and almost impossible when my daughter stopped by before her graduation to just sit and talk for a moment. They have divided a house into several rooms and you can hear the other occupants more than you'd expect. With that said, it was clean and the bed was comfortable with clean linens.

However, you can tell who ever cleaned it last rushed through and missed some things. There was still trash from the previous guests, some sticky countertops, hair in the shower and a stained comforter. Overall, our stay there was enjoyable but the little cleanliness things made it an average experience.

Having lived in SB for years and returning to visit, this was a nice location. It's just off State so it's quiet, but close enough to walk to a few places. It's near the park and the theatre district and the neighborhood is quiet. The unit is small but has a large bed, a big enough fridge for a weekend stay, and all the basic amenities you would hope for, such as a coffee machine and tea kettle. It was a bit pricey, but I'd consider staying again because of the location and comfortable bed.

Positive: das zimmer war wirklich 1a super modern und sauber danke dafür, viel besser als ich es gedacht habe und ich habe schon einen hohen Anspruch! Ich komme wieder! Negative: also ganz ehrlich, die email die man bekommen hat, haben mich wirklich runter gezogen von der Laune her. Das war so ein aggressiver Tonfall und ich habe mich gefühlt wie in einer Jugendherberge. Das Zimmer und alles war Luxus die E-Mals waren unterste Schublade mit Anweisungen die ich machen soll etc. ZB packen Sie alles zusammen und am besten auch die Bettwäsche und legen Sie es auf einen Haufen unser Personal hat keine Zeit und einen strikten Ablaufpan. Machen Sie vor abreise alle Rollos hoch, spielen Sie das Geschirr etc also bei dem Preis, sollte man wirloch keine Anweisungen geben, was ein Gast machen soll. Einiges ist selbstverständlich, das ist doch kein 0815 Motel hier. Ich werde sicher Wieder kommen und das Hotel ist auch super und es hat alles geklappt nur bitte ändert die Mails, das kann schnell die Laune verderben und auch nicht so viele immer kam etwas neues, man ist ja hier zum urlaub machen, nicht um immer das Handy in der Hand zu haben. Aber ich danke nochmals vielmals für das Super Zimmer!

Very clean and good quality finishes. Very small though, ok for one or two nights but wouldn’t recommend for a longer stay. Bright street lamp outside bedroom window made sleeping hard and poor noise insulation from the room above. Santa Barbara is awesome though and it is walkable from the stay. It is more like a small hotel room than what you would expect from an airbnb and although there is a kitchen there is nowhere to sit to eat and I’m not sure where the workspace is that is described.

The place is cozy, clean, has everything you need for short stay, and a very good location (within walking distance) relative to the restaurants and popular land marks in Santa Barbara. It was street parking, but we had no issues finding a spot. Hosts are communicative and was able to respond in very quick, timely manner. This place is very cute and has nice high end finishes, but it is a very small studio. The listing states that there is a kitchen where you can cook your own meals but that is inaccurate, there is no stove or oven so you cannot cook, there is only a microwave. You can also hear other guests in other units of the building through the walls. Other than that, it is great, comfortable large bed and incredible tall rain shower, plus incredible location walking distance to everything on state street.

Great location and no noise. One thing to mention which we didn't realize when booking is that there is no door between the kitchenette and the "bedroom". It's just separated by a step, so if having a separate room is important to you, then this is not the place for you. Also a lot smaller than expected.

This was a little expensive for what it was. It was a small studio perfect for just one couple. But it was small, street parking only and a bit far from the heart of state. It was super clean and easy to get in and out of though, communication was clear and it was what we needed for a quick stay.

Good location, right next to downtown Santa Barbara with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and site-setting locations. Safe Neighborhood. Modern-looking apartment. Improvements would be communication for checkout instructions. Before our checkout, the host asked us to clean all of the used dishes and take out the trash or we will get fined. If I am paying these exorbitant fees for cleaning services, I expect the host to handle the cleaning responsibilities. This was not mentioned previously when we confirmed the booking. We ended up cleaning the dishes but did not take out the trash. Thin walls, you can hear people next to you and above you. The spot was also smaller than we expected. I'd probably look for other Airbnbs or hotels before considering booking here again.

Location is prime just a stones throw from all the restaurants and shops on State St. I love walking and the beach/Stearns wharf was 2 miles south. Close to park and convenience store (Cantwell's). It was cozy but coming from SF me and my partner are used to small living quarters but i appreciated the modern touches throughout. I had to do a little work and was able to use the wi fi with no connection issues. The instructions were clear but just note they are not flexible with check in time per the instructions. Aside that it was worth the value and i enjoyed my stay. It was chilly for our visit but they have a nice modern heating unit to stay cozy! Thank you!

This is our second time staying in one of Ziprent's condos in SB. We enjoyed our time in both, but definitely would recommend staying in 6C over 6A. The listing and description matched the actuals, but it was also more closed off than 6C. There is only one window in the unit, which is right above the bed facing a sidewalk. We were working remotely during our stay and the internet went out one day for a few hours. The host was very responsive in fixing this issue and was prompt with their action. Overall, would recommend staying here, but would look at the other units before booking 6A.

Great quiet , clean and central location. Pictures did the space justice and was a beautiful building a short walk or Uber ride to all the great restaurants. The only downsides were: 1. trouble with the keypad (the code never worked during our stay) but a key was readily available so we were easily able to come and go. And 2. If renting the downstairs units the noise from the upstairs units is very noticeable so I’d suggest booking the upper units if noise bothers you. Ziprent was willing and able to accommodate early check in and was very responsive to all communication. Would absolutely stay here again.

Slightly noisy the first night in Unit B (neighbor upstairs) but didn’t last throughout the night. Other than that, I would highly recommend this delightful stay and space. The host is responsive and helpful. The location is ideal for walking to local restaurants and being in close proximity to activities. The neighborhood is quiet and the space itself is perfect (accessible, clean, contemporary, and had all the amenities we needed). We had no trouble parking on the street.

Amazing location right off of state street. Close to coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. This place was very clean and had everything that you would want in an Airbnb. The only issue was the shower head did not work during our stay so we were not able to take a shower. However the host was extremely responsive and offered to send someone over the next morning to fix it. We were checking out in the morning so there was no need to rush someone over, but hopefully the shower is fixed for the next guest.

We lived in high and low rise condos for many years, so definitely not new to wall sharing/ neighbor living noises but it’s worth mentioning that this is walking and closing/slamming drawer/door type of noises, so not loud party. Having quiet hours helps. Location was good. Pretty close to the promenade area. Beach is a short drive/Lyft ride away. We really liked the digital door lock, we want one for our house now!

Overall it was a good stay. The studio small & cozy as well as very clean and comfortable, I enjoyed the walkability of the location. I will say I experienced nonstop stomping and laughter from the upstairs neighbor’s two small children for the first 2 hours of our check-in. Luckily the hosts were very responsive when I messaged them and reached out to the neighbors and they settled down. The rest of the night was peaceful and we were able to enjoy my birthday comfortably. I would recommend staying here for a night, maybe two, if you’re interested in enjoying the tasting rooms.

We will start off with our only minor occurrence which was the upstairs neighbors/tenants. We saw the previous reviews did state there were noisy neighbors or street noises. With our stay, all we heard (nonstop) were the neighbors walking around upstairs. Even at 2am… they were stomping around and we could not believe someone was that active at 2am. You can hear their every step. Outside of that, we had no other issues and it is a really nice place. So not a deal breaker in our opinion but certainly not something to overlook. The location was great. Tons of street parking. The room is very small and basically a studio apartment with no kitchen table (as the images showed). The bed was honestly great quality. The pillows were a bit large and felt more like decorative pillows rather than sleeping pillows. The bathroom was clean and really nice. They had a mini kitchenette with coffee, fridge, sink and refrigerator.

We rented BCycle which are bikes all over the city to rent for short rides ! Everything was very clean and we appreciated the small touches like coffee, makeup wipes and shampoo/conditioner! Also never heard any loud noise but there was ear plugs and a sound machine provided !

The unit itself was very nice. It was clean and tastefully decorated. Perfect for our Santa Barbara getaway. However, the noise from upstairs was just too much.We could hear the toilet paper (a bit to intimate) being unrolled from roller. The upstairs tenants were not above and beyond noisy, it just seemed not insulated enough for sound. Also, some extra side notes……could have used a bath mat for when we got out of shower and we received a parking ticket for parking too close to the corner our last evening there. That was disappointing considering directions for unit were parking is available anywhere on the street.

We enjoyed the location and the modern amenities- though a microwave would be useful. Found the unit to be a bit too small especially the bedroom which felt claustrophobic since the bed was up against the only window The trash from the previous tenant had not been cleaned which is unacceptable. The outside patio has a ton of debris and bugs from the huge oak tree outside- will be an issue if u have allergies

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend trip in Santa Barbara and it was perfect! The unit was beautiful and very clean. It had all the necessities one needs for a little weekend get away. It is also located extremely close (easy walking distance) to the popular State St. with all of the local shops, restaurants, and bars. Highly recommend!
